Payment with Bitcoin (BTC) and Lightning

Our own BTCPay Server is up and running, and we are very proud. From now on, you can pay for all your orders with Bitcoin (on-chain) or Lightning (still under development). This makes us independent - without an intermediary - without an external payment service provider - without a traditional bank 😜
So how does payment with Bitcoin work in detail?
Payment with Bitcoin or Lightning is completed in two simple steps. We'll show you exactly how it all works in detail below - just keep reading.
1. Payment method "Bitcoin with BTCPay Server"
Select "Bitcoin with BTCPay Server" as the payment method in the checkout and complete the order.
2. "Pay with BTCPay" button
After the order is completed, an order summary will appear with the "Pay with BTCPay" button.
Simply click the button, and the QR code and all the data needed for payment will appear. The easiest way is to scan the QR code on the screen with your wallet. You can also simply copy the address and paste it into your wallet.
